Christopher C. Muller, Ph.D.

Christopher Muller, Ph.D. is a leading academic expert in the field of corporate/chain restaurant management. His research has focused on multi-unit restaurant brand management; chain restaurant organization development and growth; and the training of multi-unit managers. Dr. Muller has extensive experience throughout the hospitality service business. He is a regular keynote and featured speaker at leading hospitality conferences. Muller co-founded a popular start-up restaurant company in Orlando, Florida, has owned or operated restaurants and small hotels throughout New England, and has served as a consultant to local, national and international restaurant, beverage, and hospitality management companies. Dean Muller received both his Doctorate and Masters degrees from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Joshua Hubbard is a dynamic, highly effective executive who has held senior roles with organizations ranging from major corporations (Aramark, Unidine) to early stage start-ups (FoodEx, Smart Lunches). In all these ventures he has provided outstanding leadership to develop the companies' inherent potential by leveraging his extensive food and beverage experience, strategic vision and entrepreneurial passion. A graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, his success has been built through the development of outstanding teams, implementation of comprehensive systems and nurturing innovation at all levels.
